Charles E. Evans Jr., 87, of Malvern, passed away Sunday evening July 7, 2024 in his home.
A son of the late Charles E. Sr. and Etta King Evans, he was born July 14, 1936.
Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from PCC Airfoils in 1998. He was a member of the Carrollton VFW.
He is survived by his daughter, Jeanette Cavelli; five grandchildren, Nathan Evans, Eric Evans, Brittany Evans, Nicholas Evans, and Lynnette (Justin) Wadsworth; and a brother, Carl Evans.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rita, in 2005, a son, Terry, in 2020, and his brother, Walter.
A graveside service for Charles will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at noon in Bethlehem Cemetery with Fr. Vic Cinson officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in Charles name to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or Disabled American Veterans.
